Sheet piling placed up against a concrete structure was leaking water at the joint.  To stop the unwanted inflow, the polyurethane grout SealGuard II was used. SealGuard II is a dual component polyurethane grout that reacts in about 3 seconds to produce a rigid foam.  The static mixer of the grout was placed in the leaking void. Strips of burlap and wooden wedges were then impacted into the void around the mixer.  This helps to contain the grout after it is injected. The cured foam has a 900-psi compression strength. SealGuard II is manufactured by SealGuard, Inc.  The grouting was performed by Sub-Technical, Inc.
